Do you offer FREE Shipping?

YES! Honestly, shouldn't everyone offer free shipping?

When will my order be shipped?

A little bird told me we will ship your order within 48 hours after the live sale has ended.

Will you send me a tracking number?

Of course! Don't we all need a birds eye view while their package is in transit.

How can I change a shipping address?

    Just send an email to Contact@twobirdsathome.com with your order number and the previous address and we can edit the address within the first 24 hours. 

    Can my shipping be expedited?

      We use standard ground shipping for the low $1.99 shipping rate for all products that fly the coop at this time. As we grow we hope to offer more customized shipping options.  

      When can I cancel an order?

        We don't want to ruffle anyone's feathers, so just contact us within the first 24 hours and we would be happy to cancel and refund your order. Send an email to contact@twobirdsathome.com

        Do you ship Internationally or to Hawaii & Alaska?

          Our birds are so young they won't make the flight out of the continental U.S. As they grow, we hope to offer more customized shipping options.

          How do I return or exchange a product?

            We apologize your order did not exceed your expectations. We provide a generous 14 days from when you received your order to return your item. If you are returning the item, your FULL refund will be issued as soon as we receive your returned merchandise. 

            If you are hoping for an exchange, please note that we may have sold out of the product however, you are more than welcome to ask if we have any left so we can send you a replacement, should that be what you prefer.
